On June 5, with the precise placement of the last 30-meter T-beam weighing 95 tons, the T-beam erection of Shatuozi Liaohe Bridge, which was constructed by China Railway Construction Bridge Engineering Bureau Group CO.,LTD, was successfully completed, laying a solid foundation for the opening of Antai Expressway.
Shatuozi Liaohe River Bridge is a key control project of the whole line, with a total length of 2467 meters. The superstructure adopts a continuous prestressed concrete T-beam structure with a total of 820 30-meter T-beams.The bridge crosses the Liaohe River, and the geological conditions are complex. The beam factory of the project undertakes the construction task of 2601 prefabricated T-beams, and needs to coordinate the erection of lines in multiple bid sections. The transportation distance is long and there are many construction interference factors, so the safety risk is high and the construction is difficult.
In order to solve the difficult problems of long transportation distance and high accuracy of linear control of T-beam, the first highway intelligent beam factory in Liaoning Province was built at 3.5 kilometers of the bridge.The intelligent beam factory adopts automatic equipment to replace the traditional manual operation, realizes the new production prefabrication mode of intelligent construction process and assembly line operation, and comprehensively improves the safety, quality and efficiency of the beam factory by using construction technologies and methods such as numerical control mechanical processing of steel bars, jig binding of steel bars, integral threading of prestressed tendons, intelligent tensioning, intelligent grouting and automatic steam curing.The digital management platform monitors all production links in real time, and realizes the digital management and control of the whole process of concrete transportation, formwork disassembly and assembly, beam maintenance and other processes.
In the beam erection construction, the project uses the three-dimensional beam moving and bridge erecting machine to move each T-beam smoothly and accurately. In the transverse support and connection operation, the project strictly implements the safety technical disclosure and monitors the operators throughout the process to ensure the safe, orderly and efficient completion of the beam erection.
The main line of Antai Expressway is 58.1 kilometers long and adopts the standard construction of four-lane expressway with a design speed of 120 kilometers per hour.After the completion of the project, Taian will enter the "half-hour life circle" of Anshan, which is of great significance to strengthen the links between Anshan City and Taian County, realize the high-quality development of county economy, and promote the links between the central and western regions of Liaoning Province and Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
